Anyone know anything about Saatchi & Saatchi Wellness? Got an interview there — any insight appreciated!
Saatchi & Saatchi Wellness
How’s Saatchi Wellness these days?
Any creatives here work at Saatchi wellness? How is it? Specifically the AbbVie business.
I’ve been getting quite a few recruiting messages on LinkedIn from recruiting companies in the Philippines. Most recent was this morning (1:30am) for Saatchi Wellness 1/2
How’s Saatchi Wellness doing?
Any San Diego agencies worth looking into?
I started a new job last Sept and the workload has been a constant challenge. My dad just spent 3 weeks in hospital. My boss knows and never asks about him. I have mentioned a few times that I need to be done at 5pm to help care for him. She keeps giving me more work. It’s a small agency so she is also HR. What do I do? (And please don’t just say look for a job).
What are some examples of ads that are data/statistics driven like the snickers hunger meter and the Spotify billboards?
I might…hate advertising? Now what?
I’m just gonna leave this here.
Why do I need to subscribe to see the Cannes winners? I have a login for Lovethework.com but every time I want to see more about the campaign, it tells me to Learn More
can't wait for next year's DDB hit "The Uncensored TikTok Dance". And don't miss 2023's Cannes contender "The Uncensored Sneaker". What Uncensored medium will 2024 bring?
What's an average salary for a mid level in NYC?
How many producers / PMs work from home occasionally (As in maybe once a month). Is WFH acceptable at your agency in production roles?
Have my 30 day check in/review. Not sure how to approach? But manager hasn’t been too present. Usually get no response when slacking with work for feedback/sign offs before client reviews. I’m a junior and only have 5 months industry experience. Feels weird to have no leash and navigate the do’s and don’t on my own.
Anecdotally—just going by posts Im seeing here and twitter, linked in etc—I think this really might be the year the industry starts generally considering awards to be…pick your word…. bullshit/obsolete/useless/paid for/ not worth it/jacked up/a cash grab…like actual younger creatives seem to be seeing it. And theyre the prime audience for awards as a business.
I just got into reading books, any suggestions to start with? Which could help to increase media/marketing knowledge.
With offices reopening across the US this summer, are any agencies requiring their staff to provide proof of vaccinations or negative test to go into the office? I am interested in which agencies are BUT also your comments on whether that policy would help ease safety concerns you might have around going into an office.
Looking for a startup that can use brand/digital/social/content strategy help working remotely. I am a hardworking, roll-up-my-sleeves kind of strategist with 20 years experience. People tell me I am an ideal combo of analytical and intuitive. Anything leads would be greatly appreciated.
At what point in the day do you consider it “after hours” and don’t feel pressured to work/look at emails?
The slack ring is an anxiety trigger. I have nightmares where I hear the sound over and over and over. Then I wake up and it’s all I hear all day.
How’s Wunderman Thompson treating you? Anyone have feedback on the Seattle office? Currently interviewing and curious. Thanks!
I am really worried and nervous about our future. The past four years have been so difficult in the classroom due to so many things regarding our jobs. Then, we have this awful political climate...
UX consultants- what are your firms doing? I'm at a big 4 and not really loving the work. Anyone working with Voice UI or augmented reality?
Anyone else have associates that do a half ass job and just get rolled off the project? They didn't even finish their last task and got put on the bench.
Any recommendations for spg hotels in Indy?
I’m a second year associate at mid market firm, did my first year at a big 4 but got laid off last year due to covid. I’m motivated to return to big 4 but I’m concerned with how that looks, switching firms pretty quickly. Would it do me any favors to explain to future employers that exiting my first firm was involuntary? Is it challenging to crack into big 4 as an experienced hire but one that doesn’t have a lot of senior experience yet? Appreciate any insight!
1. Is hsa tied to firm or individual? 2. Do I need to initiate a 401k prior to leaving a firm or can I do it afterwards?
I’m starting at M in August as a first year BA and was recruited through campus recruiting (specialized masters). I have 1 YOE at EY-P but went back to school due to immigration issues. Should I have done lateral recruiting instead of campus recruiting? Are experienced hires getting paid higher? If so, is there a way that I can communicate this to HR so I could come in as experienced hire instead? Thank you in advance for the help. McKinsey & Company
V concerned my boss will not keep me given the current circumstances for the firm. In addition to busting butt, how are you advocating for yourself to remain employed at your current salary?
Was going to go out with someone until they changed their mind from looking for a relationship to not sure because of Covid. In the span on chatting in two days. If you are going out on dates what difference does it make then? I’m not risking my safety for a wish washy person.
I make $4000/M after taxes and max 401K and spend about $2400 for all fixed costs (rent, utilities, etc). With roughly $1600 left, and with a strong goal of saving as much as I can, what are some recommendations on how I should allocate my money better. I know this is vague but need some better financial planning.
When I’m trying to relax after work and watch some trashy TV... and then Hulu plays a Microsoft Teams commercial 🤢🤢🤢🤢 That ping sound triggers me to my core
For >20 YOE, multiple companies founded, highly technical, patents, academic papers, former F10 Director… even in a T3 city, $240k TC in consulting seems low, right? Not complaining at all just not sure what direction to go for higher comp.
I am at the 2nd round of my interview for the Recruiter Position for a German Company in Germany. I want to ask what should I prepare for this interview and which situations could they give me to check my Recruitment knowledge? Basic questions have been asked in the first interview.
So Fidelity charges $25 to roll over after tax 401k funds into a Roth IRA. Any way to bypass these fees?
I have tried searching, but can’t find anything. I only see senior and up. So what is a good salary for FDD in ATL as an experienced associate transferring from another big 4?
Odd question, but I’m starting a new job in a few days. Am I able to use the private medical insurance at my new company straight away? Or do I have to wait for probation period to finish?
Ex-boss, now external, offered me a role. Offer is not “official” but it’s a serious offer. Was asked to consider joining so I can go through the HR/recruiting process of a formal offer. While I would leave to work for them, I’d prefer to stay if I was offered the same money at current firm. Should I or can I talk to my current manager about a raise while mentioning this unofficial offer? I don’t want to burn bridge with ex-boss by going through hr process to then decline if current firm matches
