I got an offer to work as a commercial real estate agent at Avison Young. My background is in residential sales. I’m wondering how complex working in commercial sales is.
1- Am I responsible for generating leads and networking just like residential?
2- Are there growth opportunities in this field; like is there a corporate ladder in this path to look forward to?

So I need some help. Im in the oil and gas business. So I was just offered 3.50$ a hour and 100 day bonus. So it would be a big jump about 3000 more a month. But then my company came back and offered another 2.50 more on top of that but can’t match the day bonus but said they’re working on it. Did close the gap a little making the other job only about 1600 more a month. But new company said day bonus can jump to 150-200 opening that gap back up. HELP!!

I have a question about replicating an Alteryx model in python. Basically the Alteryx model used to clean, combine, prep, run some business rules and spit out a formatted file ready for running further analysis/viz. Can this same process be automated using a python script? I’m new to python and would like to know what packages to learn to do this.

Being the only woman on my team, I’m constantly left out of the loop, assigned things out of context and not introduced on conference calls with clients etc... but the worst part is how my teammates treat each other: like they are in their little exclusive boys club. I tired of this dynamic and feeling misplaced. Does anyone went through a similar experience?
