2020: 90k base 15k Bonus/relocation
2021: ~90k baseRSU 5k
2022: 130k base 5k bonus
2023: 180k base Est. ~40k sales, referral, & billable time bonus. Currently a Managing Consultant at a mid-size firm. Looking to jump to a director level hoping for and working towards $250k base with 50-80k bonus 2025.

Besides salary is there any additional bonuses, stock options, etc to expect as you advance to SVP and EVP?
