Role made redundant. Want to focus on what I enjoy: shaping vision, evaluating tech, leading teams, driving innovation, working on actual products.
Eyeing Technical Product Management, Head of Innovation, Strategy Director roles in scale-ups.
Has anyone pivoted like this? Does my CV scream "architect" too loudly?

1. When I fill out my job experience, do I need to include the last ten years or every job I’ve had? I don’t have anything to hide, but I especially in my late teen years I was a job hopper.
2. I have worked seasonally in retail to make ends meet. Do I need to put this on my work experience when applying?

I started interviewing early Oct with a company that reached out via recruiter. The hiring manager was very straight forward with me that I was his top candidate and I was told all other interviews were very positive incl CMO. The recruiter said they'd be making an offer but it's now been three weeks. Anyone else had the process drag on like this? Meanwhile I'm taking other interviews and was offered a promotion at current company, but was very interested in this one. What would you do?

Pivoting away from Sales: I’ve been in sales positions for 15 years, and I’m just exhausted by the role (disputing commissions, arguing about deals, all of it). I have an offer for a company abroad. Originally they wanted me to fly out and start the day after Thanksgiving (not celebrated in their country), but because of the holidays I suggested starting in either December or January with the ability to take some holiday days in December to fly back home for Christmas.
