27 and an experienced associate. Pursued masters and worked in an engineering role before moving here. Sadly the engineering role was not in same line as current role ๐Ÿ˜• Anyone else feel too old in their current position???

I would suggest, try to keep an open mind. Learn from everyone around you, even your associates - and see yourself excel. Don't let age be a barrier.

27 and Senior, still feel too old for this role. But you gotta understand that, it's a matter of experience and not age. I definitely feel I can be a manager in a tech firm, but when I look at my managers here in consulting. I feel I'm light years behind in experience. Consulting is a different ballgame in terms of expectation management, resource management, budget management, relationship management (you get the drift?).
