Does anyone have experience interviewing with Deloitte Internal Services? I had my final interview a week and a half ago, and received positive feedback throughout. The hiring manager had positive things to say and mentioned they hoped to make a decision by the end of last week. It’s now Friday the week after. The role still shows as “Interviews in Process.” We did discuss potential start dates, but no salary. Any experience with receiving offers for an internal services role? Is this common?

If you have cash that you want to invest. Please consider Treasury Series I Savings Bond (Electronic). Interest is 7.12% right now. While it's not guaranteed that the 7.12% will remain until next year, it's still a good deal.
My SO and I just invested 20k (10k max per person even married).

I’d get two years in and then get into a prod mgt role. If you don’t get into a tier 1 firm - go to a tier 2. Should be similar timing to get to a tier 1 as staying in consulting longer. If that’s the work you like, why wait?
Agreed on the startup. Worked at two before consulting. One very early stage. You’ll get a lot more responsibility than other roles, especially in your mid twenties. Keep in mind that midsize to larger startup will be better at developing your PM skills than a smaller one. Your role will be more focused and you’ll likely be able to find mentors.
