Another suggestion don't fall into "SC3 role and will make u M1 in 6 months" shit
Word OP, more power to your search 👊. Colleagues for life.
Go to grad school OP, holy crap.
DD, I know I'm underpaid, but can't go to school for personal reasons. :(
Why grad school? If he gets an MBA what do you think he will make after that (plus lost income and cost of school)?
You interviewing at Accenture? Paying good for analytics - let me know if youre interested.
110 is really underpaid for SC2 in D. I am in AIM and I know there are SC2 making 130k.. did u speak to your counselor
What practice? Without knowing more you will be around 135 give or take.
Not going to critique OP's choices, but as a second year he's making 15k less base than I started as a first year SC in tech 2 years ago. I came in as an experienced hire. Bonus being a percentage of base that's big P1.
P1 asking the real questions.
D1, you realize that AIM is consulting right?
OP you can easily get 150 for M1at EY. One suggestion don't disclose your current salary until you get an offer. Else EY will offer u current + 20. In your case, they will start with 130 and go max upto 140..
Analytics (tech) AIM
The income disparity between FSS is egregious. 110k for sc2 is not underpaid for most.
Aren't SCs at Deloitte what would be considered managers at EY? And in second year you'd be closing in on making senior manager at EY. I would think around 160 at least...or I've been very wrong about how salary progression works at EY
Do all the tech service lines have similar pay?
How much does EY offer singing bonus for M?
*signing :p
D3, I fell for the same trap. I am SC3 at EY currently. Joined exactly a year back as lateral from industry (MBA, 10+ years experience). Don't see me becoming manager till next year!
How much underpaid/under-promoted am I in comparison with other in Big4?
SC1 what do you make? In a long term career a year makes little difference, IF it was used to do something meaningful (i.e. Get the experiences you need vs being a slave to do quarter you can to get promoted)
