MBRDI - best for work life balance. If you feel bored, you can prepare for interviews and switch as you will have enough time.
Perks - Yearly on-site travel to Germany if you are in the right team
Cons - 4 days a week WFO, below average hikes, work is not top notch, less technical exposure, 90 day notice period
Mbrdi yearly avg hike percentage?
Hey, you’re the Java person, right? The Oracle tag has a better impact for future switches. Every company has its pros and cons—focus on your future switch and current goals. Yes, Oracle offers a lower package, but that’s okay. You’re not here forever. Just get the company name on your resume for now and prepare yourself for a better opportunity next time.
Yes. No spring in oracle. They use their own.
Ignore Deloitte as it's bad wlb
Thanks for feedback 🙏
Chief
Deloitte
I can work 9-10 hours & definitely 10-12 hours on odd days. But on daily basis, I would have irreversible health damage. Any suggestions tho on Deloitte projects or business units?
Go with oracle, but If you have some time left in NP try for other offers, then negotiate with oracle with the highest counter offer.
Kindly want to ask Oracle team manager said non-negotiable & it’s the best he could do.
Please suggest if negotiation is possible.
Mercedes HR strictly said no negotiations.
Thanks for feedback 🙏
Rising Star
Merc offers are always lowballed
Deloitte bad wlb
Hi Bro, can we connect, I have same offer from Oracle(OFSS), I'm bit confused which I should join.
DUSI is infamous for long working hours and bad WLB. Go for Oracle or MBRDI but not Deloitte
Thanks for feedback 🙏
Got for oracle, good for future. Otherwise you will stuck with service base
Sure thanks for feedback 🙏. Will definitely consider
Deloitte
And negotiate further with other companies
Thanks for feedback 🙏
Go with Oracle
Thanks for feedback 🙏
Why are you not negotiating with Oracle
For me, they told they have budget 13.5 for this role, I don't think they will match the offer. I'm also in same phase
In Oracle offer will be same as Mercedes after Tax .
Hope took some better discussion. It's upto you which one to pick.
Don't took Deloitte because of work culture..
Thanks a lot for feedback. I guess I will choose either Oracle or Mercedes. I will try negotiating once.
Don't join deloitte bro, very bad wlb
Thanks for feedback 🙏
Oracle you might have worst work life balance
Hi there. I heard bad WLB for Oracle OCI. I got Oracle Finances OFSS. This also has bad WLB?
No Deloitte and never oracle
Yes , Mercedes much better man
I have heard that there is quality work and good wlb only at oracle tech hub in marathalli.
Few locations of Oracle closed in whitefield. For example, Global axis one. Now all instructed to report to Oracle Tech Hub
Go without Oracle
Hey bro are you working in Oracle ?
Deloitte ypu can consider if you are getting good hike.
Hi. I would agree with you. My first parameter was good hike. After recent annual health checkup, I’m reconsidering a few things. Hence prioritizing work life balance
