3.8 YOE here. Choosing between TW Bangalore (slight higher pay, 5 days wfo) and Availity (less pay, remote from Chennai). I currently work WFH. Worried about bench anxiety: how stressful is the TW "beach" and client interviews now? How is Availity's internal rotation and stability?Is leaving WFH worth the TW pay? I don't want to relocate from Chennai just to get stuck on the bench or deal with burnout. Any insights on the work culture or project allocations would be incredibly helpful.Thanks :)

Can someone explain how billable hours work? At a new agency and although I had to fill timesheets at my previous agencies, they were mainly used to ensure we weren’t over servicing a client/for setting the appropriate retainer for contract renewals. I asked ppl at my agency but haven’t gotten a proper explanation. I get the impression that billing to the agency admin code isn’t recommended, and my manager said he bills everything to client codes, but that doesn’t make sense to me .
