I’m currently at a boutique agency where it’s just me and my boss doing RM for about 200+ people. I have been there for almost a year and have implemented some new processes that are starting to help streamline the process. I currently make $85K. Is this an appropriate salary for my level? I am being approached for RM roles at consulting firms and other agencies. I like the idea of building something here but would also like better benefits (more vacation, better mat leave).

Other than citizenship, are there any other benefits of having a baby in the US vs in India? My wife and I may not be settling in the US, depending on what we decide over time. A friend of mine works with TCS as an Analyst, his base location is Bengaluru but he is been working from his hometown in Lucknow since the first COVID lockdown. I have experience in Management both restaurant, healthcare, and I suppose this particular position counts too I just don’t know how to specify it. I really want to get out of the 35-40k salary range and I have the experience to do it just not the degree. I think I suck at interviews too (I get really nervous and start doubting myself).
