Bain & Company Hello Fishes.
What is the average CTC offered for a Research Associate with 1 year of experience in Healthcare consulting?
I'm looking forward for opportunities, hence would be great to know the current CTC trends to effectively negotiate with the employer.
Thanks in advance!

Are you traveling internationally next year? How often are you able to get E+ seats as silver? Do you need more flight flexibility for same day changes? Those are probably the biggest changes at Gold.
I don’t think purchased miles count towards United status.
It does, you can buy miles and PQMs bundled
As with everything else in post mba life, the answer is - it depends...
100% no. Just sign up for another challenge to get gold
Doesn't Gold get you premium economy at booking?
You can do the math on this fairly easily. Remember that it will be a lot easier to make status next next year with switch to points. Upgrades will be nonexistent as a gold so what you’re getting is 1x more points than silver and eco plus at booking instead of checkin. Personally I don’t think it’s worth it. You’re basically paying for eco plus which you can just buy up to.
Too late to the party, maybe, but you people are all forgetting the one other huge incremental benefit from silver to gold, which is star alliance gold status. This means you can use the lounge on any international itinerary including Mexico or Canada. With silver you cannot do this. As mentioned, being able to book E+ at booking and not at T-24 is also pretty darn nice.
*A Gold status also gives you the ability to check in/check luggage at airports abroad via the star alliance gold line, or gold track as opposed to the regular old check-in line. Of course, if you are flying international business or first, you would get this anyway.
