In some situations the buyer may agree with seller to pay for both agents. A buyer may does this to net more money to the seller so there offer gets accepted. The section you shared is blank so that means you would be not be liable for paying your agent.
If you’re really worried about it just ask your lawyer to confirm. They have to sign off on the contract anyways

I’ll caveat with I’m not a lawyer, but If that specific section was filled out with 3% then it’s my understanding you would have to pay for that fee. If this was not the understanding you had with your agent I would contact them ASAP. You should also ask your lawyer for their opinion. I’m just some random dude on the internet that likes houses.
Is this the norm? I thought seller pays both the listing agent and the buying agent from the sale ?
