Any word on layoffs at JPM?

I'm looking to return to the U.S. after over a decade living and working in SSA (Marcom for ecommerce startups and tech enabled nonprofits). I've been job hunting as I plan my move in the fall but haven't gotten any serious bites. Does anyone have any pointers to ease the process of transcontinental job hunting?

Hi fishies! Over the past 2.5 weeks I’ve had two interviews with an agency. I thought both interviews went really well, and they said the same. After the first I heard back quickly to schedule the second. Now after the second it’s been a little over week with no follow up on next interview. Is it too early to send a follow-up?
