I have a couple of questions for ZS fishes-
1. Is it possible to turn down a promotion at ZS? I'm currently happy with my responsibilities as a Decision Analytics Consultant and don't want any added responsibilities in the near future (next 5 years)
2. Is it possible to shape up a career path in the BC stream which doesn't involve business development? I don't want to get into working on SOWs and RFPs.

Bain & Company Hi all, I am interested in making the move to the Middle East, however starting from august/September. What do you think are the prospects for the future in the region? Do you envisage a hiring freeze or are companies still going strong? Thanks!McKinsey & Company Boston Consulting Group Kearney Bain & Company

What is the culture like, type of work and reputation of Capco in the Data & Analytics space?
I have some good ex colleagues who moved over there and also looked up on LinkedIn and see lots of seemingly smart and accomplished people in their D&A team in the UK.
I'll ask my ex colleagues too, but wanted to see if people here have any opinion or information on this too.
TIA

There’s criteria based on where there previous experience was and how long they were working. She should feel free to ask recruiting or her PM about it if she’s concerned. That said, it’s really not a huge difference and we do sometimes see folks who come in as an A3 not pick the job up quickly enough and fall behind so she should be sure she feels good about her ability to integrate and keep up if pushing for more tenure.

What is SAC total comp?
AC1 is 2 years to SAC, AC3 is 1 year to SAC. Basically AC3s start fast-tracked by a year
I see - how does recruiting decide who starts where? Isle any criteria? My SO has a v similar background to someone else who they know started at AC3 when joining
Adding to what B1 said: if she does have valuable experience that it is not recognized at tenure level, then she very likely will be fast tracked to SAC in quite a natural way, as she will be more “work mature” than typical AC1… so I would t bother too much. Also, it depends on interview performance. Maybe she could have started at AC3 if she did very well, but if she did “ok” maybe not
