My query ..I want to Increase my salary package and shift to software MNC companies. What are the channels to get into big 4.
I am feed up with salary increments frm past 11yrs.

I have 2 offers from siemens and tcs .Siemens pays 2 L bonus as extra but ctc part both are same.Which one to prefer as the Location for siemens in blore and tcs can be chennai.Im currently at chennai.
If i accept offer from tcs and not joined there then i can get into tcs in future because of rehire policies .I still have 40 more days to LWD.
I am thinking to reject tcs and wait for some other better offer pay or last choice to join in siemens .Please share your view Im consufed here

Those who are bashing me- I am also an H1b guy working one of the consulting companies. This is based on legal interpretations.
If I am wrong, basically US innovation is over, startups are killed. That was the reason I thought he won’t take such a drastic decision.
Most of the startups can’t afford 100k fees. This is a disaster then.

Lol. This rules won't stop body shops which brings utter low quality staff from select state in southern India. They will ask their employees to pay 100k. It's like paying 20k extra as tax over 5 yrs. This rules impact more to people from WITCH companies. Their employers will have to pay these fees. Tech companies from valley will pay extra fees to keep h1bs. They can't find so many "talented" US citizens in short time. In fact this new rule will drive more illegal work done by body shoppers. They got one more way to circumvent rules and place unqualified staff in US. No gora understand all these tricks employed by biggest fraudster who are the body shops running out of Dallas, NJ and CA

To be clear:
1.) This is NOT an annual fee. It’s a one-time fee that applies only to the petition.
2.) Those who already hold H-1B visas and are currently outside of the country right now will NOT be charged $100,000 to re-enter.
H-1B visa holders can leave and re-enter the country to the same extent as they normally would; whatever ability they have to do that is not impacted by yesterday’s proclamation.
3.) This applies only to new visas, not renewals, and not current visa holders.
It will first apply in the next upcoming lottery cycle.

Some Desi Managers / Desi consulting aka body shopping companies changed the scene forever with crooked tactics to make money. A few bad apples made adjacent ones rotten over a period of time.
At a State Govt client, a Desi manager has hired 6 women who are in H4 EAD, who doesn’t know a lick of the ERP software, hired them as BA’s, QA’s. One even went out of status for 2 months, when they got the H4 EAD renewed, an advt was made and closed within a day and offer was made !!! That person told me that they wanted to be a substitute teacher, but Govt job is better cos 2 days of this job is equal to 1 month of substitute teacher 😱
This is just ridiculous and have never came across like this 25 years ago !! T at least tries to do something though rash.
