A friend of mine in social was telling me about an interesting conversation she had on the subway the other day. Do social media managers still have a place in this world?

She had a conversation with a man on her way home on the subway, who had no idea she was a SMM. He shared his entire plan to cut down his entire social media team and just have two people who can make an AI do all that work for the 5-6 others he's going to fire.

When you’ve put in a lot of hard-work as a developer on a great project and received the best performance award but compensation has been same since Day 1…and have completed 2 years in the company. Furthermore no signs of compensation going up…Is it the best time to leave or stay? Additionally too many management changes have taken place that everything feels out of place.

I got 2 offers one from HCL and another from LTIMindtree. I want to join HCL but they are yet to release offer letter but has given confirmation over mail.
