A lot of politics going on between teams and Projects. Worst part ia of RFP call which need to be done by PMO are done by Consultants and consultants doesnot have proper work timing. Even if You have load work still u will get adittional work. Also if u r on bench and u r getting offshore works still u wont be undr billing wthis will reflect in KRA

Hey everyone i have joined Accenture as a fresher on career level 11 as a fullstack engineering Analyst. Cleared GFT and all learning stuffs. But i am on bench for approx 1.5 month. What to do?how to get project for base location gurugram or delhi ncr. I get mails but they are demanding 2+ year of experience. Can anyone refer me? I know java , spring framework and started learning react js.

When they say utilization doesn't count for the month of May/June what exactly does that entail? I'm assuming being on the bench for those months will still show on personal utilization reports...

Recently got an offer from PharmEasy for the Data Analyst role with a 30 % hike from current salary at Deloitte, where CTC is 8.1 LPA
But will have to pay in the training cost along with the joining bonus which comes up to 2.4 lac. Really confused what to do as I've been on bench for 3 months now with no learning opportunity and don't know what kind of projects I might get ahead and what about the wlb as compared to PharmEasy.

Joined LTI recently in P3 band. However not allocated any project. Got a call from the resource management team to relocate, which I rejected upfront as I was promised a role in the location I am posted. It has been over 2 weeks since I am in bench. What shall be the next steps, shall I wait for some days or start looking for other jobs as getting a project looks difficult as there are minimalist responses.

How necessary is an extracurricular for MBA apps?
