Accenture hiring is completely scam. They only schedule multiple interview rounds without themselves knowing if interviewer wd be present or not..Somehow, if interview is taken then no follow ups are provided.The status of application doesnt change,sometimes its shows application already exists..Its completely a mess.If you are not bothered at all to show some seriousness towards candidates then i m sorry this company doesnt feel to be good at all.There are people waiting for joining,bgv,to here if they made it or not.Ridiculous mangmnt

l interviewed for Deloitte (India not USI) in January, and accepted an offer letter with DOJ of 25th April, later HR asked me to join on 11th April for which I agreed. Now I haven't received the revised offer letter or any links other than BGV and Pre-Hire form from Deloitte and now the HR is not even picking my calls or responding to emails.

Any advice on what to do?

If an employee mentions something disparaging or accusatory about their manager during an exit interview, how would you handle? What happens if what the employee said is slanderous and a “he said/she said” situation? I.e. employee claimed the manager made a disparaging remark about an item of clothing being worn by someone in accordance with their beliefs. If you opt to share the feedback with the manager, would the manager have a legal case against the company or former employee?

Is it worth it to go back to school for a better track to a FAANG company? The division I’m currently in seems like there are no good opportunities, and I have the funds available to finish my undergraduate full time (Canada). I applied to Amazon before for a highly senior position and made it to final interview so I think I would have a better chance for a new grad type role.
