I don't like to eat the same thing twice. I plan a few days in advance and make sure to stay within my macros (70% fat, 25% protein, and 5% carbs). I start the day with MCT oil powder in my coffee and usually fast until 1 or 2 PM. Lunch is usually antipasto (deli meat, cheeses, olives) and dinner is more substantial (a fatty protein with avocado and roasted broccoli or asparagus; sometimes cauli rice).
Currently on a diet where I am limiting carbs to <50 gms and calories to <2000 in tandem with regular gym. Lost 8 pounds so far in 3 weeks. Have 12 more to go. No specific diet per se but more greens and proteins in every meal.
Meal plans don't work for me, so I just eat keto. Meals basically are protein, veggie and fat, and then snacks are stuff like cheese or nuts. Breakfast, I have been having eggs, baby spinach and avocado (sometimes I sauté the avocado with butter - YUM); lunch is usually some chicken salad with veggies or deli meat, cheese and some raw green beans; dinner is usually some grilled protein with cauliflower rice or zoodles cooked with garlic and butter and usually another green veggie. I am down 11 lbs in 3.5 weeks, and that is without working out yet because I had a pretty bad ankle sprain a few weeks ago. I will say that I work mostly from home, which makes it easier though
