It went well and i am hoping for a positive response.
Want to know how much should I expect Or at what pkg should I negotiate with them.
I am thinking of proposing 13-15 LPA negotiable.

I want to share very bad experience I had at Mastercard
I was given offer by Mastercard in month of Dec The hike was less but looking at brand & other perks I accepted the offer & was looking forward to joining them.I got few offers & I went back to them for sole purpose of renegotiating CTC, to have a industry standard hike. They didn't reverted back for 2-3 days & just dropped a mail that they are revoking initial offer as well on grounds that they didn't like i gave other interview

I got offer from Accenture- Hyderabad and from Deloitte india - Bangalore. Which one do you people suggest me to join? Both are giving approx same package. Currently I am staying in Hyderabad with my friends. Shall I need to stay here and join Accenture? Or relocate and join Deloitte?
Want to leave but issue is there are no jobs in the market
@IBM 1...are you competent enough to judge people on their talents ?
we are talking here about the general people not the over talented people like you who easily get 20-30 hike just with the snap of the fingers.
nobody have asked for your talented advice here, the market is bad that's a reality
Honest opinion:
Most of Accenture India will not be able to leave, let’s say atleast 50% are dissatisfied in ACN INDIA so 1.5L people (approx) in ACN india will try to apply to companies and give interviews, competition will be insane and most will not get anything
Apply only if you are strong minded and willing to put effort to clear and ok with rejections or above average in your domain
PS: I have 3 offers with 75+ days in NP left and getting a hike on an offer is becoming hard because of the 0% news

It is same with me, no hike i have completed 16 months in oracle, asked to manager, he does not replied only says when it we will tell you, manager will not care any one leave or stay,, no news for salary hikes
Till WFM is much good, but later hybrid policy so living in hyderabad with family is so expensive.
Completing two years here. Thought of leaving after getting this hike. But now hike got cancelled.
Really stuck in between deciding to stay for same package and searching for new jobs(job markets down now 🥲)
But even if we continue to stay here we get nothing

Accenture has triggered the point, its just a little bit of market to open then due to resignations only rolling of employees will start then no looking back. Post covid era will be back again, that time also due to poor management prediction they hired over aggressively and same this time they are doing worst. If you notice only the entry and mid level employees are suffering after working so hard. Management people have so high salaries they don’t even care for hike and they are the one not able to bring companies on track even after 1.6 years. They should be laid off immediately as outcome of poor performance.

You will only get it if you're part of the organisation. Also this time it's gonna be lesser than what you got last time
