Hii Guys, Could anyone give me some clarity on the below point. I have cleared 2nd round of technical interview at Deloitte, but my candidature is still showing as interview in progress at Deloitte careers page. I had a discussion with HR on this and she told me that next process is pending from management side. It's been almost 10 days since from 2 nd round of interview. How much more time does it gonna take, any idea? Or is it normal. Please help me with this 🙏🙏 .Deloitte

Finally found THE one, after over a year of searching and trying out at least 5 different ones!
A nice comfortable office chair.

My criteria: mesh seat and back, arms, headrest
I tried cheap ones from Amazon. Expensive, second hand gaming chairs. Tried HM Aeron (second hand) and while I didn't like the bulk and the general design, I was sold on the mesh seating. I wanted to get the ErgoChair 2 from autonomous, but it doesn't have mesh seat.
AMA.

This is a good offer.
I got the exact same offer. Same city. Same experience. I was a little underwhelmed but it sounds like it’s standard for CDP T3 cities
If you have one year you should be coming in at CL 10 and I would ask for $85k
I’m not disagreeing with your opinions about coming in at a higher level, only your skewed perception of what the norm is.
They are welcome to try to get a higher offer / enter at a higher level - they will not succeed without the pressure of another offer in hand. Unfortunate for OP, but reality.
This was my exact offer coming in from undergrad in a T3 city 2 years ago
Sounds fair for a first year analyst if you’re going to be in a T3 city.
HCOL, MCOL, or LCOL area? 77K is kinda low. 80-83K is what I’ve seen a lot of my friends offered within the past year
77 is standard for T3
This offer is standard for CDP
Same offer I received for CDP in Charlotte.
Is this in Applied Intelligence?
Can’t reply individually but yes: 1) Atlanta, Ga 2)Applied Intelligence CDP program 3)currently working as an associate consultant, meaning I’ll have a year experience by accenture start date
Hi, I would ask for a little more. I am atlanta based.
Can I ask if they provide any relocation bonus to you?
