I have a feeling no matter what you choose it's going to go well for you!
Go for Infosys.. It's layoff is very low when compared to other service companies
Neither xD
Chief
Infosys never fires anyone. You can be on bench for 2 years and no one would care.
Infosys Layoffs, Seriously?
Unless you kill your manager they won't send you out. Had worked for 8 years and I know few people who were below expectations and some of them had been put in PIP(Performance Improvement Plan) but still they were not fired.
Infosys does no layoffs..Almost like TCS..Salary may be low but in this area infy is far better than Accenture ..Hike is better than TCS but lower compared to Accenture
Pro
Both r service based. Infosys might be better for job security. All depends on project you get into. Both infosys and accenture have heard some projects whr ppl work very long hours. Have worked in infosys at start of my career, and it was very stressful, some weekends also we wr made to work due to harsh deadlines.. but both companies would have projects with not bad wlb as well, all depends on your luck which project u land into
Infosys is better in terms of stability and job safety.
Also no job has job security other than government jobs... Whole it sector is non job secured
Infosys won’t layoff
