Currently working in the Big 4 and covid has really shown the firm’s true colors—they don’t give a sh*t about the employees. Been looking at CBIZ and Marcum.. any other suggestions? Got feedback after 6+ rounds of interviews that i didnt receive an offer for the job I was interviewing for, main reason being i seemed "low energy" which impacted my conversations/communication at times. I am not sure why if they picked this up after 2-3 rounds why they would have me continue on, but I am not sure how to take this. I asked a ton of questions and did a ton of research so I dont think I came off as unenthusiastic about the role/company, but any ideas on what else this means?

Hello people... I am currently serving my notice period in Infosys. About 35 days left in notice period. Infosys giving me 4.3 LPA and the other companies from which I got offer giving me 6.5 and 7.
7 is offered by one of Big 4 companies. But I think I am under paid here as well.
But Now even when I only have 35 days left I am not getting any call from naukri.. Can anyone suggest CTC we can expect in current market for 2.5 yoe with good skillsets in SQL, POWERBI, SSIS etc..?

Can anyone provide a ball park, high level effective tax rate for a big 4 partner..trying to do ball park comparison of my post tax earning as MD (W2) with the potential offer from a Big 4. There are other differences like health Insurance which is to be fully taken care by individual as Big 4 partner, but I assume higher K1 tax is the big block difference..so trying to get a good comparison of tax rate. And he said we get this kind of work, where we get tickets to check the issues. Does it mean it's a support project?

I did my interview with kellogg last and I think I did well. The interviewer gave me good feedback throughout the interview saying my accomplishments were respectable, my answers robust, that I came off as very authentic, that she could tell I hadn't rehearsed my answers with an admissions consultant, and that I had faced challenges in life that most people applying to bschool hadn't.

I have built social media and influencer programs for starts up for the last 8 years. I recently had a very unprofessional experience recently going through an interview process. I had 3 rounds of interviews already, did an amazing case, my last interview was scheduled with the CMO, the day before the interview I am told that the CMO wants someone who has big brand experience like Taco Bell or Nike. On indeed, this employer gave interview date options and it turns out if you select another date (which is one of their options) they will disqualify you from the interview process. I submitted my application this Sunday , sent me an interview invitation on Monday , I sent my requested interview time Monday too, and now the job has been filled

How do you guys celebrate your bdays? Turning 35, don’t have friends nearby as I have been moving with husband since I was 25. Have a 3yo, so just 3 of us are a tight family.
