Adding personality to my resume sounds fun, but does it actually work outside of creative industries? Like, would a quirky hobby really make someone hiring for a sales role take me seriously? Curious if anyone has tried this and had success.

What are some tells that a research article is not reliable/shouldn’t be taken seriously?

When I ask to hr guy he said it is equal to Manager level. But title will change department department. Is it true? B7 is manager role ? What is CDIO department in Natwest. Please clear my doubts
