And what kind of questions will be asked..And i already told them that I'm expecting a 100% hike which is 7 lakhs/Annum. Was that too much? Any help would be appreciated ThanksEXL Service

Hi Fishes, I've accepted offer from Accenture from their portal.. But now got new offer from EY and wants to join at EY. So how can I tell Accenture Accenture India that I'm not going to join them. Rather than not showing up on the date of joining? Can you please guide me? How do I let them know? My talent coach is not reachable

Strategy& fish - i’m currently recruiting for org strategy. Ive talked to associates (in the healthcare practice) and theyve mentioned that it doesnt matter whether youre in corp strategy, org strategy, etc and that you’re pretty much pooled by industry when it comes to staffing.
Can someone confirm this? Also, what do you expect the restructuring to look like?

EY people are sooo nice! Just reach out they’re always willing to help! I used to work there
Connect with people on LinkedIn that work for the target companies in your area. Meet for coffee. If it goes well get the referral
I was in this boat, way back in the day. Look around at your current and past internships, see who either worked there past tense or generally has connections to people who still work there and get them to refer you.
This is what I did... I was interning at a F500 and most people in my dept had been ex B4. Some of them 20 years ago, but the one who referred me worked at EY 2 years ago at the time and still kept in touch with one of her EY peers who was a manager at the time.
Another option I am now on the other side of is your alumni directory. EY doesn't have a big presence at my school either but my alumni profile says where I work and I get all sorts of interesting cold calls from current students and recent grads. Your alums are usually pretty willing to answer questions or will straight up tell you they're too busy to help.
