Any one know the fees associated with transferring between Vanguard target funds, 2065 to 2055 for example

I was given a 15k, 0% loan to pay off my student loans upfront from a family member. Would it be better to invest this money and just pay back my family member monthly since the 4% rate on my loans would be less than (hopefully) the amount gained in the market?
