What worked for me: 1) Invest serious time into your portfolio—push it until it’s the absolute best it can be. 2) Be specific on LinkedIn searches. Instead of just “graphic designer,” filter for location + remote + “under 100 applicants.” Applying early to new listings with fewer applicants made all the difference compared to jobs with 100+ apps already stacked.

What does an exit from Salesforce consulting look like? I’m in a technical role leading a small team so my understanding is a technical/solution architect or a development team lead at either Salesforce or an end user like Amazon/Amex.

There’s been some posts on the best planning tools (e.g. planners, calendars, etc.), but my question is how do ppl make sure they use them? I get them and am excited about the possibility of them helping for about a week then I just stop using it. Even if I find it helpful I just never stay consistent with it. Does this happen to others? Any tricks or suggestions to stay consistent using planners, to do lists, calendars, etc.
