After clearing interview in HCL I got congratulation mail and uploaded the docs and filled the IRF form. But after that still i didnt get any reply from them regardless multiple follow-ups.. Its been around 20 days since i uploaded the docs. Is this normal in HCL?

So I recently interviewed for an associate PM role with my current company. I’ve been a store manager with them for 11 years. During the interviews, I felt like things were growing great and the feedback I got at the end was great. You’d think given my time knowing the product/ company for so long, that I’d be a great fit but I got rejected and haven’t gotten feedback probably will get ghosted. Should I shoot my shot and advocate for myself with the hiring manager either way?

Is there any advantage to telling a company you are interested in working for in the future where you decided to accept an offer from? Or does it not matter? A HR question I really want to understand. ISRS HR quoted a podcast "The not so great resignation" saying 70% regret leaving and many want to go back to old employer. If this really the case the employee likely left due to higher pay at the new company. If they want to boomerang back they will likely come back at even a higher rate than they left the new company for. So getting double raise when they boomeranged. Isn't it unbeneficial, why not just give employee a 7% raise in the first place?

I recently joined HCL from Dell as Associate consultant E3.1 for AI/ML ROLE. I have total of 8.5 years of experience. I accepted offer for 36 lakhs.
I see there are people with roles such as Consultant and Sr.Consultant with the same experience as mine.
I regret now that I haven't asked for Consultant role.
What is the salary that HCL will offer to Consultant and Sr.Consultant roles?
