I have 2 offers from siemens and tcs .Siemens pays 2 L bonus as extra but ctc part both are same.Which one to prefer as the Location for siemens in blore and tcs can be chennai.Im currently at chennai.
If i accept offer from tcs and not joined there then i can get into tcs in future because of rehire policies .I still have 40 more days to LWD.
I am thinking to reject tcs and wait for some other better offer pay or last choice to join in siemens .Please share your view Im consufed here

They say congrats because it’s an accomplishment, not everyone that studies for the cpa exam pass all parts. Be grateful for your friends happiness for you. There are more accounting jobs out there than qualified candidates so just keep looking and don’t be bummed because you haven’t heard back from two firms.

Shouldn’t have gone in thinking the CPA gauruntees you anything. You got interviews which many non-CPAs may not have gotten the opportunity to. It’s an accomplishment to pass so you should feel good, but besides raises at a current firm, getting a CPA doesn’t mean you “get” anything. Just more potential opportunity and earnings - key word potential

In some companies you can't be a manager without the CPA.
It certainly gives you an advantage over other applicants. And if you’re in public accounting (at least audit), having your CPA will enable you to be promoted to manager and above (a handful of firms require having your CPA to be promoted to senior).
No bonus at your firm for CPA? Odd. In the accounting/finance world the CPA carries a lot of weight so you’ll be fine

It may be nothing to some employers. But I promise it is something to many employers. Find a job in consulting. Having a CPA will allow them to Bill you out at a higher rate
