I worked as an auto physical damage adjuster for years. My advice is reply to voicemails 1st. When you get a new claim let people know the claim process and when they will hear from you next. Explaining the process really well and being proactive will make a huge difference.
Good luck!
To reach all parties involved, respond to emails and return voicemails. Any suggestions on how to prioritize priorities. I’ve discovered the “ if then” method and we will see how well I can implement it in to my day to day! 🤞
I pivoted from health insurance to auto First Party Medical. My first couple years were rough. You can do this. It does get easier.
My method was slightly different and I use it to this day. I make payments my priority, then voicemails and emails. Why? Because 9 times out of 10, people are calling because they want their money or resolution. So you pay what you can and that ultimately minimizes the number of contacts you will get.
