after submitting documents in barclays and hr is not responding for further process. interview is completed week ago. Am i getting ghosted or should i need to wait for their update .

2-after that interview went very well
3 - hr discussion with salary , ready to initiate my offer in 2 hr
But she called me in a minute on Friday and told me that you need to give the test again.


After 3 days on monday -today
Someone called me from hr and told me you have to appear for all the things again.

Got industry offer at bank, cyber. Would be going from 110 to 130. Perks are comparable. I feel like it is on lower end of comp based on Glassdoor and elsewhere. Considering countering at 135-140.

2nd year SC with consistent 1 or 2 (top) ratings, and 5 yrs experience in digital / CX. I've decided I need a change - what can comp I expect in NYC at other big 4s? Anyone care to refer me? 🙏

I heard that salary day in Barclays is 24th, so will I recieve salary this month or will it come next month only.
