You’ve jumped to 2 or 3 new jobs in the past 3 years at the same title?
Unfortunately, that was a really shortsighted move. Your current place wouldn’t promote you until you’ve been there long enough to actually prove yourself, and show you’re actually committed to a career there.
My advice: don’t jump. Stick it out for a few ears where you are. Prove yourself. Get promoted. Then look, if you really need to.
And in the future, don’t jump so much. And when you do, you definitely do it for a promotion and raise
How many times have you jump? If you like where you are, stay. Get to know people. Build trust. Find a mentor. Agency jumping is great for your salary, but there’s a lot to learn by staying put

@SC1 it’s great to an extent. Too often, especially at junior positions, and it raises big questions. Like if they don’t know what they really want to do in their career. Or if they’re not very good, and had to keep leaving before being fired. I won’t hire anyone that has too much jumping on their resume. If I see 2 or 3 jobs in a row right around a year each, won’t even interview you
