For those who moved from a client serving role to an internal role in public accounting while at a fairly high level (experienced manager or senior manager), did you take a pay cut or does your pay stay flat when you transition with minimal increases in subsequent years? Please suggest any good sources to prepare for data engineer interviews in GCP, Python, SQL, Pyspark.
