Hi Fishies,
Looking for any reviews/suggestions regarding Pubmatic. Most important is the tech stack and learning aspects.
Big data technologies(Scala-Spark etc) and Java.
Also in discussion with Impetus and Autodesk (via third party i.e. Applicantz).
CTC is not a concern right now as what they are offering is enough for me right now.
Any suggestions would be helpful

About to head to the HC for a role in ProdOps and Strategy in Mountain View. 4 YoE at MBB, no competing offers. Recruiter gave me a form that asks expected comp.
Levels.fyi has only PM salaries. I haven’t been told the level but expect it to be L4.
What total comp would you expect for this role? Any advice would be super helpful, as I’m a bit lost.

Newbie to investing and never invested in a company that went through a reverse stock split.
In theory, I understand the market value should increase but I’m not seeing this reflected in the price and naturally my book value/ share is very disappointing.
A) When should I anticipate the stock appreciation to occur?
B) What’s the next move for companies that do this? Issue more shares?
TIA!

Thanks A&M2! Are yall hiring? 😁
40-50. I’m over 100% utilized
Final question for you A&M folks: what’s culture like? Is high burn expected, or are there folks who do their 40-50 hrs/week and still have advancement opportunities?
I think you’ll get mixed answers, but my perspective is that there is a high-performing culture with high standards, but generally people who stay seem to do so because you can find a balance you are comfortable with and get rewarded for good work, not just hours.
Some people seem to just stay on the gas and may feel the need to because it s safer path to $$$. I tend to stay consistently staffed because I do solid work and do a mix of high burn and slow burn projects to keep me sane.
As with most consulting firms, advancement is a combo of productivity and some seemingly subjective opinions based on how you’ve gotten on with influential MDs. So my answer is some are better at playing the relationship part of the game and some just make sure the numbers are hard to ignore.
Anyone at A&M also have experience with LEK? Would be curious of the similarities (and differences) to that culture
What’s the bonus range? I heard base is OK, bonuses are high.
100-200% of base
Bonus is based on collections, which is related to but not the same as utilization. Average bonus would be roughly 100% of base
