Got an offer for non- tech Campaign & Creative Manager and wondering if its worth it to accept. I feel like I was lowballed & downleveld despite having 6 YOE (relev. but not in tech). Not sure it is smart to leave my current role to get my foot in the door.

I’m at the cap for salary at the level/role and can’t negotiate offer any higher.

Is it worth applying for a position with a firm you are directly adverse to on a matter or will conflicts definitely keep you from joining?

Is NYC currently hiring ICE General attorneys? I applied in January and haven’t seen any updates since the referral to the local hiring manager.

So i have been fortunate that i have managed to go through my career without the need for a degree. I was lucky enough to have been hired by one of the worlds top consulting firms, worked with a whole lot of big clients and travelled a lot. It's gotten to the point where I am not even asked about the lack of a degree on my resume. Personally though, it bothers me. I have a whole bunch of certifications in my industry…but just no formal degree. (cont'd)
