Interviewing some people and I'm wondering what's the craziest interview question you've been asked?

When I came into advertising they said “there are no egos”. I’m starting to think that’s a lie. We tend to only put value on people at big agencies executing big ideas. Most of my CDs (at previous jobs) are known for not doing what they say or flat out ignoring me. I’m happy where I am now, I feel really lucky, but I’m not at W+K or Droga5 and I just feel like I’m not cool enough to talk to my friends who are doing awesome work. Am I alone on this? I know it can’t just be me.

I have a good job... pays well, lots of autonomy, decent work life balance, good title, big agency, big clients and I’m SO FUCKING BORED at work.
