I am seriously worried. I am doing my co-op and my supervisor is not giving me an easy time. I am trying to do my best even with very little direction and this supervisor constantly harassing my about things like her not being able to use google meet or to remember passwords. I hold an offer of 18LPA from KPMG with joining date of 7th September. (Wfh)
I applied at Workday on 15th May and went through 7 technical rounds of interview and received a verbal offer letter of 21LPA (hybrid)
Now apparently their technical panel "forgot" about the interview and wants to have a discussion again as 8th technical interview. HR says their joining date will be 19th September.

Any offices make a statement about BLM?

Scenario: my state has a 3 yr statutory rape law, this case involves 3 yrs 4 month bf and gf. It’s never been alleged, nor based on the facts is it alleged to be non-consensual or coercive. The parents of the victims aren’t pushing for it either. I’m a new ADA, and shadowing, so I need some advice on alternatives to the strict statutory punishment. I was encouraged by another bowl to challenge the system and my DA has also encouraged it as well, but does anyone have advice?

How do you negotiate your salary with big DA offices? Do we just have to wait for bonuses across the board or is it possible to negotiate your own salary increase?
