I am a Senior Salesforce developer with 4.8 YOE. I have offers from-

1. EPAM (X lakhs fixed)
2. HCL technologies ( X lakhs fixed + 2 lakh variable)
3. KPMG(KGS) ( X lakhs fixed + 1 lakh joining bonus + performance bonus)
4. Coforge (NIIT) ( X +4 lakhs fixed + 1.5 lakhs variable)

Which company should I join considering
a. WLB
b. quality of work
c. overall company policies
d. annual appraisals

Please share your opinion based on your experiences.

Should I complain to a firm's HR if the interviewers laughed at my answer during an interview? Maybe it sounded scripted but it was still heartfelt and genuine: my immigration story and how that made me appreciate the rule of law. I said it soo many times during OCI's that maybe it eventually sounded robotic, but for the interviewers to laugh and one to say sarcastically "nice elevator pitch", I thought was rude. Thoughts?

Anyone have slow months where you burn through a lot of your allotted pro bono/professional development hours to keep hitting minimum daily hours? The past few weeks have been like this for me. Currently, in accenture. I have had very bad billable hours and not much achievement this fiscal year. I am worried of getting fired, so i applied for another job. Got offered may be 5% above my current pay with 5k bonus, but in lower level at Deloitte. I think working lower level will give me more opportunities to learn as i think i have lot to learn. I made decision based on my gut and accepted the offer. I have not talked to anyone on accenture side yet. What you think?
