Any advice on possibly gaining traction to my Patreon?

I have been able to increase my following and post consistently, but I do want to be able gain some additional support for me to continue creating more content for my followers and those who support my work! I am a webcomic creator and artist, so my social media (primarily my Instagram) consists of my artwork. And that is what I hope to do as a career in the longrun.

I have an MHA and 4 years of management experience. I’m currently a manager, but seeking a director level position. Any advice for trying to temper my expectations? I feel like all director level positions have 5 years in the posting, but a lot of my peers with the same experience are already in director level positions. Are they just lucky? Hello, I’m an associate (almost at the one year mark) at a midsize firm on the EPL team. I did about 2 years of employment law as a clerk during school and know that’s what I want to go into. I’ve asked for more EPL work but keep catching PI cases. I second-chaired an employment trial but don’t see any EPL work for the foreseeable future and wasn’t getting as much EPL exposure as I wanted before the trial. Any advice on a lateral move to a bigger firm with a broader range of EPL work?
