Any Big 4 or MBB Healthcare (Provider) folks here?

I am trying to elevate my knowledge and skillsets in healthcare operations. Outside of learning and understanding insurance. What are other skillsets I need to master? What excel equations should I know that are basic and a couple that are more complex yet of course useful in understanding productivity, identifying waste, whatIf analysis, etc.?

Just started my career and looking for advice. Other than putting money into my 401k what opportunities should I be looking at? I live for free so I have a decent amount of money.

One of the reasons I want to transition from industry to consulting (tier 1) is that I get frustrated when I have to collaborate with mediocre people. My assumption is that Tier 1 consulting firms hire really sharp people and if I can get in, I’ll be collaborating with folks on top of their game (not expecting much from clients). I’m aware there are personal aspects I need to work on like my mindset, patience etc etc, but I just get so frustrated with blatant stupidity.
