Hi everyone! Does anyone in here work for Omada Health ? I have an interview next Wednesday for a PT Member Support Agent role and am unclear on what the pay could be. Glassdoor has the pay estimate at 42k-48k, but I found a comment where someone in the same role mentioned only getting paid $12/hr. I have 8 years of experience as a CSR but I’ve had a couple year gap in between now and my last job. TIA Any advice helps .
I have been given a verbal offer of 145k base for a Sr. Associate role as Data Analytics Lead. The offer doesn’t come with any kind of bonuses or stocks.
I have a Masters and 5+ years of exp and my current comp is 115.5k + approx 5k bonus + ~20k in stocks (yearly refreshes) which makes my total current comp to 140k.
Is it worth taking the offer for increase in just the base?
What are my chances of negotiating into a VP level role with at-least 155k?

You will need a TN visa.
^Thanks M1. Is that easier to get than a H1B?
Canadians don't apply for H1B as far as I'm aware.
Canadians can apply for H1B visa.
Or L1 is another option
Same restrictions as everyone else, you need a work visa. TN is one that Canadians can use but is non-immigrant and sometimes customs is douchy about allowing. Otherwise same as others: H1, L1, etc. On the bright side there is no line up for GC so all is current.
I have heard there is no lottery system for TN like H1, so everyone who applies gets it.
There is no cap/lottery, plenty of people apply and DONT get it still. There are requirements.
TN is very easy to get, but you can't get a green card with it (ie you can't stay in the US long-term). Eventually your company will have to sponsor you for something else if you want to stay
