Carve out an hour a day for some exercise. Even if it’s just a walk. Makes a big difference to your physical and mental health. I listen to a book on the treadmill and just walk.
If you don’t like the job on a macro level - then yes. If it is just short term pain - then no.

It's better than being unemployed
That is for sure!
Depends on where you are in your career. In some ways, it is paying your dues, typical for professionals in their 20s. However, you can say NO to late nights. Set time aside for yourself and don’t be apologetic about it. Defend it as if your life depends on it, because it does. You need to recharge your energy and your interests, even if that is just reading a book about something completely unrelated to your job (I know, blasphemy, right?). Be empowered and don’t let the job own you. You end up doing yourself a disservice in the long run otherwise.
