Best perks/benefits of working at Google?
JPMorgan Chase recently introduced a policy change to increase the notice period to 60 days. I'm a 602 and resigned recently and yet my LWD is showing up as 30 days from now. Anyone recently resigned can confirm if they are facing the same or new policy is in effect. This is causing confusion with the next companies I'm interviewing with.

Hi OP! I’m in the healthcare practice and can confirm what others are saying—the interview will be the exact same as for a generalist/integrative consultant, so look up online resources for prepping for a McK style interview.
Keys to prepping:
1) Practice, practice, practice! And definitely practice out loud. Can be with a friend/family member, or you can go with a case coach. Management Consulted helped me do some rapid prep years ago and they were great, though very pricey. Most people don’t hire a coach, but it can be helpful if you’re in a crunch and need quick coaching.
2) Don’t memorize a million frameworks, but memorize one framework for profitability cases (e.g., company X’s revenue is stagnant but costs are rising) & one framework for “strategy” cases (e.g., company X is thinking of launching a new product). Then adapt those based on the specific case you receive
3) Come up with 8-10 experiences you could speak about for typical behavioral questions, focusing on leadership, empathy, entrepreneurship, influencing, etc. and make sure to select situations for which you played a truly integral role (vs something you weren’t very involved in but you think sounds impressive). What matters most is not whether the thing was impressive so much as what you said/did. Could literally talk about a high school bake sale if it helps tell them story of who you are across dimensions listed above / your strength of character
4) Most important of all, do NOT get discouraged if you make a mistake (or even multiple mistakes!). We do 4+ interviews, so no one interview can make or break you. I’ve interviewed countless candidates and the truth is almost no one has a perfect interview, but the best candidates are those who remain composed and can bounce back from mistakes instead of spiraling out of control and losing clarity of thought.
GOOD LUCK!!!
Go purchase CaseCoach it’s super helpful.
Mostly same as regular McKinsey cases. Will need to do some hardcore case prep thru “Case in Point” and the likes.
I appreciate the thoughtfulness you put into your response. This is highly encouraging and motivating, and speaks to the type of character I aspire to work with.
