Anyone in a condo need to get walls in insurance? Please explain this to me, thanks so much. First time buyer here

Im sure with the time that has passed someone has explained this to you, but just in case it hasn’t or anyone comes across this. The reason with a Condo that you only need Walls-in insurance is because you only own what is walls in. The condominium community owns the building, the roof, the land and all you own is the interior of the unit. So that’s all you need to insure. This doesn’t apply to ALL condos but it does apply to most. If you or anyone has any questions please feel free to contact me :) I’m a direct lender in all 50 states

I have heard from this platform only that hcl stopped the recovery police but still I got the negative fnf.

Hello, I am going crazy. I am supposed to close on a house on Tuesday. The buyer did not perform an inspection and the lender did not order an appraisal.
