Looking for advice. ~1 month ago I started formally complaining to HR about some toxic partners, uncompetitive comp, and excessive work load. Thoughts on leaving PA primarily due to the metrics based culture (utilization, dtc, use of X digital tool, revenue, margin, etc). I find this aspect of PA stressful and exhausting but not sure if this is something you just get used to. Currently a manager and seems like the metrics just change over time / don’t get easier.

I had a google referral from privacy counsel for a privacy counsel role that I met all the qualifications for and I didn’t even get a screener. Feeling a bit confused. I just got an offer from another FAANG company but feeling perplexed by this rejection.

Any insight on the meta privacy team? I’ve had a few meta Recruiters reach out and I’m thinking about taking a call but I feel like recruiters usually can’t give good info about the work or culture of the team.
