Have tried almost everything they have and not been disappointed by any
I second Haldiram’s. All varieties are good, they have whole wheat options as well.

Haldirams is good like others said; I’ve tried it for the stuffed variety.
I’ve tried other brands too. Generally speaking, most brands that advertise “extra filling/stuffing”
Have turned out well. Years ago, I remember some brands being stingy on the filing, and all you tasted was the dough.
There’s also a nuance to heating it up. I’d say let it warm up on the pan in medium to medium high heat, so it thaws and then cooks well inside out. And then finally if you like a crispy outside, briefly put it on high and then plate.
Trader Joe's malabar parathas are pretty good
Yaar, who wants pranthas. I make them every weekend in desi ghee, have gotten preety good at all stuffed pranthas. Thats one survival skill cooking I learnt when I went to grad school. I also make hangover special pranthas with extra stuffing and double fried😀
My range hood is vented to outside, no smoke alarms
Deep Lachha Paratha is SO GOOD and their bhautras (not oily and no need to add oil in a nonstick pan when cooking). Shana Whole Wheat Parathas are also yum!

Shana original paratha.. they’re maida and not healthy but so good.

We like the Deep Ajwain Paratha and Garlic Naan.
Paratha we microwave for a min and then warm on the tawa. Naan we sprinkle a little water and then bake for 4 minutes @ 350-375.
Deep and Haldiram stuffed, esp Paneer.
