Recently got my child's passport renewed. Child is minor so effectively a new passport. Here is the timeline, with just regular service.

6/2 Applied in person at the local county office
6/6 The application reached the State Dept
7/9 Got email that status changed to Approved
7/12 Received the new passport

End to end, a little more than 5 weeks. "Routine service can take 8-11 weeks" is the standard disclaimer. It's all good people!

I did it! I got an in-house Paralegal position after years of working and being burned out at different law firms. I have been a phlebotomist for the last three and a half years with quest. I have over 20 years of experience. And have been trying to transfer to a different state. I believe that I am being blocked from my transfer even though my manager approves it on paper. Is there any way I can find this out. If I can't successfully transfer I may have to look for work outside of my current employer.
