1.5 YOE coming up on promotion from associate to consultant. I plan on waiting for the promotion and then possibly exiting to industry. I work on supply chain ERP implementations. Mostly healthcare but have also been in a few other industries. What are the possible roles for exit opportunities that make the most sense? How important is a master's degree for your career? Can you have longevity and thrive in the tech world with just a bachelor's? (Reserve) Unit Transfer Help

ETS in 6 months. Really want to re-enlist for 4 -6 years. Currently in a MOB, and got promoted out of the unit last year June to another unit, did 1-year E5 work during the mob. Finishing up MOB in Nov and got accepted into a cyber unit in which I can progress my career, and want to reenlist for 6 years.


However, the unit I got promoted to insist me to go to them and I'm ETS in 6 months.

Finally in the position to pay off dumb debt I gained while being enlisted. Only 5k to go 😂. Good lord enlisted Marines are idiots.

I recently left the Army about a year ago. Did a DoD SkillBridge fellowship and accepted the full time offer because I was scared of not having a paycheck. About a year later, still at the company and I hate it. Don’t feel purpose and I’m working with recent college grads as my peers. How do I get a job that takes advantage of my experience, whereas mine currently views me as starting over?

I flunked out of school and had no options when I joined the army. I hated every second of my time in, and spent all my weekends getting as drunk as possible.

Now that I’m out, I graduated with my BA in Econ, got a job I love, and somehow got into an M7 Bschool with a 670 GMAT. I look back on my time in and laugh, and still talk with some of my old army buddies (though not as often anymore)
