I personally don't care if associates ever come in again but my firm just sent an internal email to partners that sounds like they will be instituting a full RTO policy, which we resisted doing until now. As a partner the new RTO policy doesn't apply to me (yet) but I am supposed to give feedback about how I will help encourage compliance with RTO. What would encourage you associates to return to the office? Food? Interesting CLEs? Free Parking? I am not going to out my firm so please don't ask.
