I’m currently interviewing with a few top 10 firms and a couple top 100 firms for a mostly remote experienced associate/new senior role. Does anyone have any tips on virtual interviews and how to gauge the culture of the firm and if it really will be a good fit for you? I’m struggling to figure out that out because I used to gauge it on the feeling I got while in their office during interviews. Any suggestions would be helpful :)

Now that Moderna and J&J boosters have also been FDA approved, as well as mix-and-match vaccines, is there any benefit of getting the booster shot different from the original vaccine? Or are most people sticking with the same brand?

Any thoughts on the best certifications to get in order to help move forward? I have considered the CCP from World at Work, but it’s fairly pricey to get by the time you wrap up everything. I was looking at both SHRM-CP and SPHR. Everyone that I have spoken to has the SHRM, but that’s also only looking at individuals in a small geographic footprint and within 3-4 different companies. Please help! I’m a CRC who manages Investigator- led clinical research projects and I want to transition to a PM role in industry (I would slightly prefer not a PM role in clinical trials since I don’t have clinical trial experience.) Applied for a position in Johnson and Johnson Canada. Reached the final round 3 weeks back. After not getting any updates I emailed the HR a couple of weeks back. They responded back telling me that they’ll have an update for me the next week. Again I emailed them on Thursday asking if they have anything for me before the long weekend ( Good Friday & Easter). No response whatsoever. Will emailing them again be inappropriate? I desperately need this job
